Exchange & Return Policy
▪ If a mada card, credit card or any electronic payment method is used to purchase the product, the product value is refunded upon return after deducting shipping costs and the electronic payment fee.
▪ For exchanges, the customer bears the cost of return shipping via Aramex, SMSA or any other shipping company; for returns, shipping costs and the electronic payment fee are deducted.
▪ If the product was shipped free of charge as a Sara Store offer, the product is exchanged or returned after deducting the cost of two shipments (the original shipment + the return shipment).
▪ For exchanges or returns, the product and all its contents must be returned in the same sealed original packaging, with all accessories if any.
▪ If the packaging has been opened or the product is in poor condition, such as scratched, broken or incomplete, the exchange or return request will be rejected.
Order Cancellation
▪ When an order is cancelled after its status has changed to "Processing" or "Completed", the product value is refunded after deducting the electronic payment fee from the total order value.
▪ Please note that the refund may take up to 14 working days to appear in your bank statement, after the payment has been processed by Sara Store.

Shipping & Delivery
Sara Gifts Store provides shipping and delivery through the best shipping companies. The store ensures that products and orders are packaged in a way that does not make them easily prone to damage. These terms explain Sara Store's policy for shipping and delivering orders:
• We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia every day of the week except Friday.
• Orders are shipped the next day.
• Sara Store is not responsible for incorrect delivery details, which may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered, or additional fees to be charged by the shipping company or delivery agent.
• The expected delivery time according to shipping companies is 3-5 working days.
• If the customer is not present at the delivery location, does not respond to the delivery agent, or requests a change of address, neither Sara Store, the shipping company nor the delivery agent is responsible for the delay.
• Sara Store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer if shipping with it is not possible, provided the store refunds the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.
• The customer must check the shipment before signing for it and must not accept the shipment if it is damaged.
• If the customer discovers any damage to the shipment after receipt, they may file a compensation claim with the shipping company, not with Sara Store.
• An order that is not collected will incur mandatory return costs; accordingly, shipping costs are deducted from the order value and the remainder is refunded to the customer's account.
